My OCD

October 2006 my life suddenly changed into a complete nightmare. First psychosis due medicine intoxication. Then severe depression with everyday day extreme panic attacks, which lasted each 3-7 hours a day. My OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder) also exploded. I thought there was no hope for me. I could do anything anymore.
Here I am back. I am so happy I did not commit suicide.

I know i don't mention it on my profile but i do have OCD and suffer from it every day, but it effects people in different ways, it's like a splinter in your mind an it attacks the things you like, e.g if i drop my laptop i will think all day that it has a stratch on it! but the truth is it doesn't realy matter but your mind just keeps bugging you!

What you tell me about a scratch: I have the exact problem. Drives me crazy. Did you ever do exposure and response prevention. It really works. Well I hope know about it. It is the most regular treatment!!!! When my OCD comes up I practice again and in a few days. sometimes hours my fear decreases!
