My boyfriend finished up basic in Ft Knox in February before he left for Korea for a year. Watching this took me right back to that place. It gets harder every day, but knowing that you and so many others have made it through the same ordeal definitely makes it a little easier to deal with. Please tell him thank you for his service and thank you for this video.

Another meaningless war just like Vietnam.I mean what does Vietnam mean to the U S now? NOTHING!!!! it will just be the same way with Iraq and afganistan.

my boyyfriend is leaving around Oct 1st for basic and then the army.. he also mentioned something about AIT also..I reallllly dont want that day to come that i have to hug and kiss him for the last time for a while =*( i dont think there really is any way of NOT crying ( i read some other comments) other than not thinking of it as much and trying to occupy yourself with like work or something else but i think its ALWAYS going to be on my mind when he goes =( god bless<3
