I hope you enjoy the beginning of my spring vinyasa You Tube videos. This is a short segment included deep abdominal toning exercises, inner/outer leg poses to activate the liver and gallbladder meridian lines, as well as a few surprises. I recommend doing more repetitions of the abdominal work and longer holds in the asanas. Om.
