you need metronome :D

Need a metronome ... Cool drums!
-
It sounds rushed and it seems like you're forcing things a bit. I see someone else already pointed that out. Relax. Try practicing with a metronome. Start out by setting it around 80 bpm and work on a beat that you want to tighten up on. Work on it and when you get tired of it, work on it some more. It's going to be tedious at first but it'll help your playing.

you definitely have some chops, watch your tempos and loosen a bit. You will find that the looser you are, the more naturally the fills and groove will come. Keep rockin man!

Your tom toms sound good.
Sounds like your forcing things a bit. Relax and find the groove.
Also when you finish hit a bigger crash with more sustain - it won't sound so lame.
Regarding where to hit your snare, the rule is - there are no rules. Use the whole drum if an edge shot sounds good, use it.
