Off the tiny island of Sangalaki in Indonesia you'll be met by a manta ray extravaganza 365 days a year - including the rare black belly ones. Here's a 5 mins medley of our five dives and an extended snorkling trip. Enjoy more at http://www.kofte.dk

  • Doens't seem possible with so many mantas in one place. Cld u pls provide me with more details as how to get there? Love to hear form u.

  • Hi, it was a bit of a surprise for us as well ;-) According to our dive guides and people we spoke to the mantas are there 365 days a year. The easiest way to get there is to google the resort on either Nabucco Island or Derawan Island as they both make trips to Sangalaki. Their agents will help you. Do go, it's worth it.

  • @PedroJ442 book a flight from Jakarta to Balikpapan with Lionair(40 euros), than from Balikpapan to Berau with mandala air(25 euros). From Berau to Tanjung Batung 5 euros with a local car, than 5 euros for speedboat to Derawan Island. From there you can hire a fishing boat for 40 euros per day. They can get you to sangaliki. Bungalows cost 10 euros per day for 2 beds. ;)

    have fun!
