He drives like that because his wife makes him drive a mini van. Ever notice guys that drive minivans are some of the most aggressive drivers out there. It's like when the wives drag their husbands in to buy a minivan they have to give their man cards up to be shredded.

I see people driving like this in the Chicago area every single day. Once in awhile you see them really screw up and end up in a ditch, more often than not, they hit somebody.
