I think King Mo is right. Brock was rushed but, I think that Brock wanted that. He wanted that chance to be champion. Love him or hate him, Brock is no punk. Looking forward to seeing Mo's fight in Strikeforce too.

i love brock but he was asked to fight the top guys when he was rasslin btw i also love there was no money in mma if i was a broke kid just outta college and vince offed me a contract for 250 grand just to train then amultimillion dollar deal id take it to if he had that time back and mma was big like now im sure hed be the best alister is now the best jds has no chance brock was the best ufc champ ever until the reem wins the title

mo doesn't understand half of what he says- they shoulda built him up like struve, like carwin what! Dude mo, Struve right now is the guy in the UFC that you can KO if you wanna hang with the big boys. Struves a gatekeeper and a poor one at that. Bad Example, Carwin can knock ur head off your shoulders no doubt but the biggest question these days is WHEN'S THE TANK GONNA GO! Comparing the two and saying that brock should of been handled like that, DUMB!

Well of course Brock was rushed. The UFC has to pay him a high amount that they could pay due to his fame and making big pay checks in the WWE. No matter what you can't be paying a guy $500,000 to fight Kongo, Struve, or Schaub. So they have to give him guys like Mir, Cain, Overeem etc.

Every time I watch his interviews I walk away thinking he knows his shit. I've never been a fan of Brock and thought it was unfair how fast he rose to a title shot. Has there ever been any other fighter in the UFC who was given a title shot after just a 1win/1loss MMA record? This is one reason Brock became so unpopular with hardcore MMA fans. I thought fighters like Carwin or Kongo were more deserving at that time. If they just given him time things couldve been different for him as a fighter.
