even if i follow these i still cant beat him. i use the nargacuga full armour set. i tryed to use the hidden beaker.(narga wepon) and the true devel slicer. still i cant repel him. any suggestions?

y did u use thunder?i thought ashen lao shan weakness is dragon or fire?

@MonsterHunter454 it will easily work but make sure you have a armor like rathalos because it has attack up or some other good armors. But if u have a reasonable fire attribute long sword with medicore attack power, then use it instead of grest hornfly saber. other than that use do what CGSino did in the video. (i used full monoblos set (adrenaline +2) and wyvern blade blood)

the best long sword i got is "Great hornfly sabar" Wil that work?

so Reign of the rathalos says wailing cleaver shin > wyvern blade "camelia"

i use "camelia" with dark akantor armor (gemmed for s+1, ra+3) and use the bombing (LBB+/SBB+ etc) as he enters each area and killed him with 5 mins to spare. if i add the anti-drag bomb and ballista and dragonator would it help my time or would it only hinder me?

@Thraxxacor Fort integrity is irrelevant as far as repelling him goes. What counts is how much damage you deal. And yeah, the weapon he's using is on the Eager Cleaver path, but it'll take you a fair deal of money and items to make it.

good tutorial man! I think most people would benefit from armour with reckless abandon+ or2 attack up, though. personally I'm using rathalos soul at the moment (attack large, Hi-grade earplug) until I can get into some high grade armour.

How much fort integrety is required to repel it in the HR4-5 urgent? also, is the cleaver shin part of the devil slicer/eager cleaver path?

what LS would you reccommend for the urgent HR5 lao shan? is there a Ls with good dragon element by that point other than fire dragonsword?
