it's weird how these gateway theory supporters never seem to involve alcohol and tobacco, the majority of people who use alcohol don't go on to use heroin, the majority of cannabis users dont go on to use heroin, if a heroin user happened to have used cannabis, that does not mean it is cannabis that led him or her to it, if someone is willing to take a hard drug like heroin, i doubt they would be scared of soft drugs like cannabis

The only reason pot is "bad" is because its a "gateway drug". I never heard of anyone, except for them junkies going around talking at schools, who went from pot to anything else. Those junkies probably had other problems that lead to them using Heroin, Cocaine etc. Pot never harmed anyone or anything, except for tax payers wallets and those who were caught doing something "bad"...
