  • @tmx864 .. A lot of the corn is around 180 to 220 area (pretty good) then in the down areas we'll drop way off.. The storm that went through on 8-18 was pretty wide spread, covered about 30 miles wide and a 100 miles long. I've been hearing yeild reports all over the place, of cource worse yeilds where ther hail took place.. In the down spots I've heard guys are losing up to 80 bu ac - with our corn head set up we are recovering it pretty good ..

  • Hope you guys are still managing to get some good yields. Nothing is more frustrating than working hard all year to get a good crop, just to have it flattened and difficult to harvest.

  • @03800rev .. We are located in southwest iowa, on aug 18th we had 100 mph winds and hail - the farm in this video missed most of the hail but the wind whipped the corn and flattened spotts .. thankfully we have the crop sweeper - it's recovering everything very well ..

  • where are u at ur corn has really gone down what was the cause of that
