  • I'm a US citizen and I hate GW Bush and his stupid senseless wars. Does this make me a traitor?

WW II was the last war worth fighting against. Sorry, but German's were duped by a maniac. Marlene fought on the 'correct' side. She was a great lady - I don't think you can call her a traitor by any stretch of the imagination.

It warms my heart to know that Hitler discovered that she was seen crossing the Rhine in a US army uniform 2 days prior to his suicide - haha!

  • Happy you like her and the song. She's one of the best. I'm working on a book, "The Ultimate Marlene Dietrich Souvenir & Memorabilia Book." Aloha from Hawaii.

  • bonjour de Normandie ! :))

  • Marline in second war dead 20 milinon people, you whish 3 ?

  • Dietrich was a traitor to Germany and our peoples. to sing this to our soldaten and then to switch to the other side and sing the same song, such an insult to the memory of our fallen soldaten, who were not natzi but fighting for Germany, shame on her.

  • My neighbor was invited up onto the stage so that Marlene Dietrich could serenade him. This was in Italy in 1943, I believe, at a Bob Hope show. He says she wrapped her leg around him, much to his chagrin.

  • eine frau die mit geklauten liedern reich werden wollte
