Turtle trying to swallow a Chinese Algae Eater

my Red ear Slider turtle Rex trying to swallow a Chinese Algae Eater. Over the tank divider, you can see my other RES turtle, Cinderella, watching. This happened after a water change where I broke the water heater. The cold water must've slowed down the CAE.

turtles have no saliva so they are supposed to eat in water, so that's probably why the turtle is having such a hard time getting the fish down
