Hm... For the punishment you should do another foodisode. A breakfast one like ham an eggs or something complete with your fVorite morning beverage.  Then blend it.

its kind of funny you mention t-shirts AND a contest in this--when i went back home i was talking to 57 about a contest we will be starting at the end of the month and the prize will most likely be a t-shirt. still not sure if we are going to have the contest of not yet though

for your punishment anything to do with eating gross stuff is funny. just depends what kinda torture you want :)
