During our trip to the Philippines, we visited GK Target. Most of the people in this village are Aeta. These three little girls sang us the Gawad Kalinga song after we had handed out all the goodies. They were sooo good and proud and confident. I was amazed at their voices and needless to say, I was crying by the end of their little song. I hope you enjoy this video. I always do!

  • they have more talent than the average philippino on gma.

  • They are black. I am an Ita been proud of it. However, I am mix of west indian. I dont consider myself part filipino because I am not under colonial rule of Spain or any European country. I am Ita not pilipino. Filipinos hide and keep the true history and people of the islands, but they are the proudest to be part Spanish, English, Italian, Chinese, Japanese or anything white.

  • @gulmoh They are ethnic Aetas - the older indigenous population of certain islands in the Philippines. They're would be related to some older indigenous communities of ' Orang Asli ' in peninsula Malaysia.

  • @MrRtop00 They are BLACK FILIPINAS which would also make them the PURE FILIPINAS ;-)

  • the first gorl tht qwas singing sdhould get a singing contract.. all these good singers and you just gotta find them

  • LOL the pinay girl at 2:25 seemed out of place...lol

  • It's amazing to see that these people live in the Philippine they are like a hidden Treasurer .Yes that is so true they are Filipinos but they are also black.Black people usually refers to a racial group of humans with skin colors that range from light brown to nearly black. It also has been used to categorize a number of diverse populations into a common group.I just got back on Monday and these people are being discrimated by the lighter brown skin filipinos I have withness this.

  • One of the first human migrations out of Africa went to India, then the Philippines and Pacific Islands, and then Australia. Blacks have been there ever since.
