Luckily I get to see Flossie quite a lot as I live only a few minutes from her English home. She pops into the Folk Club when she's not touring, though she is away more and more these days. Busy girl. I can tell you that she is 100% and just the same out of the spotlight. She has a great ear and can sing any style you wish to hear. I've got all the CDs and they cover some musical ground. In many ways Flossie is an Eva Cassidy singer and will not restrict herself on material.

Having first seen La Belle Flossie a mere ten days ago on 11-11-09 (Remembrance Day) with the Mighty Show of Hands in Bedford . . I'm now so used to being stunned by this woman, I have virtually lost the power of speech. My legs no longer work. My brain hurts . . . what a talent, what a voice and what a lovely person. (She paid me to post this comment, by the way). xx
