one question, can you still go if you have flunked a grade in high school? or do different rules apply according to the exchange program?

You must [generally] have an average grade of a C to be eligible for exchange. But.. most programs are pretty loose when it comes to technicalities.

lol I know this is an old video, but could you recommend any good electronic translators like yours, and are there any books you recommend that could help someone learn the proper kanji and katakana? Or should I just continue learning from my manga's? Thanks
