Cross modulation between two stations. Should have varied the freq by 10kz up or down to hear the other station bleeding through.
Interesting it was in a range on 120 km of driving, Tv transmitter could also have played a part of the cause & Weather condition. ie Propagation

I think we did this in Physics... its called destructive/constructive interference. The bits of wave that match boost the signal, while the bits that oppose cancel each other out...

Wow...it sounds like...the radio 'stream' is corrupt and only sending unconnected pieces. The voice around 3:30 freaks me out.
