  • Benchpress with chains also helps your bench massively! Board presses also.

  • so is this a negative exercise pulling againse the bands?

    I've been reading the Skinny B's III programme and it looks really good, i recognise about 70% of the exercises but the ones i don't know aren't coming up in searchs.. hmmm.

  • No, they're an assistance exercise but I assure you they won't increase your bench a lot. Intensity is determined by the amount of weight you use, are you going to put weight on your shoulder blades?
