  • What are pavers ? these bricks are from china as im in china at the time of doing the break. They are fairly difficult breaks to break, not like the silly ones you see in TKD demos and so on. If you look at the structure im laying the brick on and the walls around me they use the same bricks for the construction of their houses in the part of China i lived in.

    This is what I bear in mind. The old tradition of CMA did have some form and way of practising power and not many got the skill, but lots of guys bulley others and doing fake !

  • I always wonder, when you get older you might have many problems with your bone. I had a friend train to hit a woden plank with his bare hands. After one hour there was blood on his fist... really bad. I never trained this way because I believe I might have problems and pain when I am older.

  • sometimes when bones break they grow stronger i remeber that when i trained Hapkido my master use to breaks bottle with his hand and he don´t suffer arthtritis seeing the fact that he is sixty something i don´t think it always cause that

  • put a video it may be easy but it is only a form of training and train is train so train
