You would be able to do about 220 to 260lb for 1 correctly I imagine (i.e. touch your chest, pause and press up). You remind me of me when i first started lifting - trying to use weights that were clearly too heavy for me to complete the movement with correct form and full ROM. It's pathetic, and you see it all the time in any gym you go to, but I geuss you lives and learns don't ya. Good luck.
