In this political season, everyone is touting change. I say change back -- that is what we asked for in 2000 with Prop 22. Let the judges know that their job is not to MAKE law. That is the job of the people of California.

  • BTW, loved the music! Excellent choice. Very catchy. Who's the recording artist? Title?

  • The music is original

  • There is a known spelling error for the word Amendment.

I apologize for the error. Only deleting the video can resolve this, as far as I know, and I do not want to crush the free exchange of ideas that has already been posted. This missed proof-reading several times. Oops.

  • In 2003, 75% of the American public approved of the invasion of Iraq. Now, 55% disapprove of the invasion of Iraq. Who is right? The American public of 2003 or the American public of 2008? Majorities don't make things right or wrong.

There is no procreation requirement for marriage. Prisoners, the elderly, and infertile people can get married. Around 50% of all marriages in the US involve NO children.

  • Prejudice is not the same as Miscreant ...!

Who do You Want Guard Your Little "Lambs" a Wolf or the Shepard...?

  • the problem is im dealing with IDIOTS. close minded- biased IDIOTS. they will not change, they may never change. So rather than convice the public that they are wrong, we need to focus our efforts on the Judges and people that matter.

  • Ok calm down there. If we're allowed to have our opinion that same-sex marriage should be legal, they can have their opinion that it shouldn't. If you get mad like that, you only crystalize their idea of marraige being only between heterosexual couples. That makes the fight for same-sex marrige look bad, and will do nothing to help it succeed. Be polite and respectful with your opposition. That will open up same-sex marrige opposers to doing what is right.

  • fuck you. you really think people should destroy the lives of others to try to retaliate what the judges did? (their job by the way, that why we have them). your a MORON.

  • i do believe that the supreme court should protect the rights of minorities by the majority vote.

  • did you know that california supreme judges also overturned a ban on interracial couples getting married? thats just horrible, isnt it? (note the sarcasm)

'In 1948, in the case Perez v. Sharp[1], also known as Perez v. Lippold and Perez v. Moroney, the Supreme Court of California recognized that interracial bans on marriage violated the Fourteenth Amendment of the Federal Constitution.'

    its all about rights.
