Thanks for the tip on adding the scoop while blending. Simple & effective!! Sure makes clean up easy, as I always have used a butter knife to scrape the sides off!

Thanks for the great tip about adding Shakeology while it's blending. I was geting sad seeing some leftover powder on the sides of the blender! Leslie-I just started my P90X program and am a new coach! Thanks for the inspiration!

Well done ! you look Great, I see you are looking to buy a new blender, I recommend Vita Mix 5200. Its a little bit pricy but its the bomb.
