this is a hybrid of a MP5 and a M4A1. No doubt this is probly going to replace the M4 and is already being slowly integrated in the army just as the SCAR is or has been.

243 OR THE 6MM IS THE MINIMUM I BELIEVE IN ASSUALT CARTRIDRGE. 243 / 6MM IS USED BY ALOT HUNTERS FOR ALOT SMALL GAME. I WOULD LIKE TO SEE THIS DEVELOPED AND THE ROUND MADE AFFORDABLE. THEN THEY WOULD SELL ALOT OF THEM.

@giantcornhole only problem is the p90 is a glorified .22magnum the kac pdw is an assault rifle, the mp7 is ugly as hell and i dont like it, and the super v is still being tested... The mp5 will still be in use for decades due to the fact that its a reliable and well built machine... not to mention one of the SMOOTHEST firing firearms there is because of its delayed blowback action...also it comes in everything from .22lr to .357 sig now...

the mp5 is a great weapon but its not as good any more because against body armor its screwed

The MP5 is done for. We have 4 great new submachine guns (PDWs) out there. The Kriss Super V, MP7, KAC PDW, and the P90. MP5 has no chance in hell! But I prefer the KAC because it has slightly a slower rate of fire, so I don't have to reload every two seconds.
