I am very sorry Man City sold Elano. It seems to have been simply because Mark Hughes could not get on with him. He was the one player who could pass a ball through a defence. The current City players, good as they are, can only pass around a defence. Elano was also very good at releasing Robinho and making the opposing defences make bad mistakes. I wish he was still playing for Man City. He was a rare player indeed.
