SpaceCat 3D for Android - Review

It doesn't get any better than that. Your fuel is limited and you take damage if you crash into walls, so it's not as easy as it looks. There area variety of obstacles and paths you can take as well. Check it out for free in the Android Market.

Note: this is likely a beta of the game and only offers 27 levels.

FEATURES:
* 3 levels of difficulty to make it as challenging as you want.
* Feels like is not a real lander? Try the realistic control.
* We recommend a minimum hardware of Motorola Droid, Nexus One, Galaxy S or HTC Desire.
* The game can run in low-end devices like the G1 or HTC Magic only with low quality. It is a lot less shiny but it is playable.
* For low end devices, touching the screen can slow down the gameplay, alternatively you can use the menu button to thrust.
* The search button makes a screenshot of the game (in /sdcard/spacecat), just in case you want to show how cute your cat is with his spaceship. I know, you have never figured this out.
* 3D engine: jPCT-AE
* Achievements and more levels will be added in the next release.

Hey, firstly good review.

I have a few questions though

for the 3d games is it possible to toggle the 3d with the 3d toggle switch on the top of the phone? thanks

@00wen1 This game is not in glasses-free 3D, just virtual 3D. But for the games that do work in glasses-free 3D, no, you can't use the 3D switch - that's only for the camera. Most 3D games have an in-game slider that allows you to adjust the 3D depth (or disable it completely). Check out our review on Asphalt 6 3D.
