quick question. i saw another video titled "ableton live video editing" and apparently ableton treats video like audio, and you can chop it up any way you like... so does that mean you don't actually need vjamm??
i'm totally new to video editing and i want to be able to record snippets of video of myself playing instruments, and then sequence the video clips in a splitscreen grid to compose a piece of music visually (make any sense?!)

i find live so damn hard to use. can this be done with any other sequencer, too (sorry i didnt understand all you were saying), i mean prinicpially? If there was a VST plugin? or does it exist already?
