This is the third in a seres of tutorials covering a simple shoot em up for the Wiz and or Pandora.
Tutorial 3 covers loading of BMP files, turning them into OpenGL textures, and displaying them on the screen. The rocket and enemy objects are scaled and rotate over time. Transparencies aren't working yet, but that will be solved in the next tutorial
