I'm not trying to start anything but it looks like in the double lapel grabs the guy is over extended before the techniques are done. It would be more realistic to be have him closer so he could have more control over the grab.

I like this style. You openly teach the kind of lethality I learned in secret. You have my sincere respect.

@bamboo4tameshigiri OK, I know most of those grab techniques already. I didn't see my favorite one though, which is a grab that starts with a snake like cross block, crosses your attackers arms over each other and transitions into an Aikido throw to the mat, retaining control of an arm with an elbow lock all the way to the mat. The attacker ends up face down with you kneeling on their spine. Its an adaptation from catching a punch in the same way, except your step back generates the momentum.

I was taught that first move when I was ~15. Your version is slightly different, but only in the way she locked her hands.
