GoLite is known for super light, durable gear for serious backpacking. The Shangri-La 3 Shelter doesn't disappoint. This shelter is super roomy, very light and can keep you protected in the conditions. It packs very compactly, and it looks cool too. Definitely put this one on your wish list. And stop by CampingGearTV.com for more b.a. camping gear reviews!

  • don't quit your day job!

  • @ghostface442 Back at ya!

  • I love watching your videos, your comedic chemistry (dry humor) together makes me laugh and look forward to the next video. The one thing I would like to see from future tent videos, is a view from the inside, and maybe show someone laying down in it to get a better size comparison. Thanks.

  • @JERMBUGS Good thought! Better yet...laying down butt naked. :) -j

  • you don't have a clue..

You have never used this shelter at all, and DON"T know what you're talking about.

According to your own statements, you don't even know what impregnated silicone fabric is!!!! This is fundamental, basic information...

This is a fine 4-season tent that I've used in all but true arctic/alpine winter.

    Day hiking shelter?

    Why do you bother???

  • Have you ever used this product?

"This is actually Josh and I's first 'shelter we're putting up."

So why are you offering comment and advice???

  • @soutahmike Cool man. No worries!!

  • @CampingGearTV Ok, fair response. I made the comment after only watching the first few minutes before you moved the front corner stake and closed up the door. It looked better afterwards. :) Happy camping!

  • @soutahmike I guess it could have been a little tighter, but it looks almost the same as the picture on GoLite's website. Terrible is probably an overstatement. Thanks for stopping by though. -josh
