  • @inshinaco 220 - 17 = 203. 203 Is the maximum your heart can beat. Your Cardiovascular level is between 122 to 163. That is the 60% to 80% Range. Anyless and you're just wasting your time. Any more and you're just killing yourself. You never want your heart beating at 95% + Otherwise you're destined for a heart attack. Think of it as a engine in a car, whats going to happen if you have the throttle pinned to the floor for a long time? Its probaly going to blow the engine. Same principal.

  • i live in a part of NJ with really nice outdoor trails. I prefer to run there over the gym, I cant run on a treadmill. PLus the air outside is so much better than the gym
