What a delight to see nature coming together in such balance, producing food for all life, starting with the meadow grasses. We must remember that the sun, earth and rain fuels our nourishment, not fast food restaurants.

I am a vegetarian, but I'm all for sustainable agriculture of any kind. The availability of organic, sustainable produce and meats is absolutely necessary for the reduction of our carbon footprint and the survival of the planet.
