Guys i will probably buy the game... idk jet, depending if the (PC) version of the game has character customization and levels avalible.

by character customization, what do you mean?
this character was created in another program (maya) then imported by editing one of the games .ini files. it requires a fair amount of technical knowledge and is not a "feature" of the game.

i didnt say that, consoles can do it easy, its just the hardrive restrictions that sony and microsoft have on their systems stop it.
