@nevbone1674 Since you feed him Beneful, just a helpful tip, be wary of GDV (bloating), Saints are very proon to it and many die due to it. The wetter the food the better sometimes (SOMETIMES) and its always best to feed them in 3-2 small meals a day rather then one large one.

He is just great! I had a saint bernard girl who looked just like him, same fur color placement ... 90% identical.. :( I miss her so much :(

just wondered. how much does it cost a month to feed him? reason i'm asking is i like to get a saint benard some day and want to get all the info first so i know what i'm getting myself into and how to care for the dog.

He is not that expensive to feed, also depends on what you plan on feeding him. I used to have in on IAMS when it was $45 for a 40 pound bag which would usually last him 3 weeks of the month and then they raised the price to $60 so I no longer give him that now he is on Beneful which is $35 for a 40 pound bag. The first big is expensive tho if you get one when they are a puppy, the shots and so on. Also just remember if ur dog gets sick like mine has the prescription goes by weight so its more.

My Saint Bernard King Kong also doesn't stop eating the snow. Paws is a beautiful dog.
