This one-hour program features a panel of experts, a studio audience and questions/comments from area viewers via email and phone. The group is assembled to discuss a very pertinent question raised recently by Newsweek magazine proclaiming South Bend as one the nation's "most dying" cities. The magazine's website, citing Census Bureau estimates for cities with populations larger than 100,000, ranked South Bend No. 8 among 10 cities with "bleak futures ahead." The cities garnered the label by having the largest percentage declines in total population and population younger than 18 from 2000 to 2009.

Hosts Gary Sieber and Kelly Morgan lead the discussion comprised of citizens who have been invited from throughout our viewing area to participate and explore our future, along with well known area specialists in their fields. Each of these individuals offers significant insight on trends and insight that affects our region.
