1. camtasia(to record the screen if you'd like)
2.droid vnc server from the android market place on your phone
3. real vnc viewer

@denisJ2G doesn't really matter, any screen capture or recording program works just fine, but they all have different features. i like the the camtasia though. i don't know camstudio. if you ever get camtasia and try it out and like it let me know and you can have my product key.
