People afflicted with a stutter may or may not believe that it is not genetic but a neurological circuit which allows them to some past trauma, and when they are sufficiently restimulated, which may be constantly, it activates in order to win them sympathy. Just a hat to try on. And if a genetic cause is your belief, is it possible that the stuter is the result of a past life trauma? or an ancestral dna change which worked it's way into the system to survive?
