  • Its worry the number of people out there putting videos up of so called exercises and how they should be done. This guy hasnt got a clue and he isnt the only one out there. This is NOTHING like a deadlift. This is more like a plea squat.

  • @citizenaim1 not even a goblet squat...for goblet you hold it like at torso level

  • =your feet are suppost to be shoulder width apart, and its not a squat "Expert" village
