First of all, to achieve successful personal brand positioning, you need to take a close look at who you really are by exploring things like your core values, beliefs and your passions. This will help you find your special niche, which leads to the writing of your brand description.
Develop what it is that you are really trying to accomplish with your brand. Without an end result to strive for, you will simply flounder along without direction. It helps if you can clearly define your target market and pursue them with passion.
