@MinorCanon2. Sadly I have to agree. Today's America is very different. No one care anymore about how we conduct ourselves. Everyone just trying to get his money and leave. This is no longer the place where people look up to as a beacon of light.

@MinorCanon2 I couldn't word it any better. Beautiful rendition, though.

@EJBen007 I wasn't offended by this display. I was expressing my opinion on a public matter which is a guaranteed constitutional right and a virtue that made America great. What do comments section for if you only take praises and applause.

@mandoman2011 I was commenting for people who has interest on the rendition of the national anthem be it on my side or of the opposite view. I wasn't commenting for dumb people like you. If you want to just listen then don't close your eyes and open your ears, don't bother to read or respond otherwise your making an idiot of yourself.

Give it a rest, you two. It's an anthem...being a free citizen means you can honor your country how you want, with the only caveat of not harming or offending another human being. MinorCanon, if you're offended by this display, just remember that it was on your own volition that you came to this page.

If you follow boxing you'll notice that ALL country in the world were represented by properly dressed singers. The Africans, the Russians, Muslim countries, Communist countries, honor their country with performers in proper attire. Why should America be different? A sense of propriety is a Universal concept. Fashions and designs may vary but All countries in the world have the same concept of what is proper attire and what is not, except Us.
