  • do you have any tips for splits?

  • @xohsunbeex train every day and make sure you are warmed up well. Don't force yourself longer than you can, cause if you get injured then it will take you even longer. Have patience! Very important. For your middle splits you can lay up against the wall on your back with your bum in towards the wall and use gravity to help you there :) for you left and rights, just make sure you hold all your split stretches for 30 seconds, get out of them for a little while and then back into them again (:

  • @xohsunbeex Well the most important thing is patience, cause it does take a while, if your not flexible naturally (: But stretch everyday or every other day after you have warmed up but running or jumping or leg swings! just make sure your warm! If you want stretches to do then you can contact me over mail :)! hope this helped a little!

  • Could you help me please ? I'm stretching my way to the splits and when I do psoas stretches or try to get into a split, I can't straigten my torso back, I lean very much forward. What can I do ?

  • @MissMiiaaa yeah i stretch all the time and most of the time im not warmed up enough , and takes about 1 week to heel my muscles and stretch again lol :S not goood
