Sharing facebook contacts or linking to your wall cautions

Be careful when giving your social media contact information out to applications. Some applications will take your contacts and may advertise to your contacts without your knowledge. Always check before you agree to share. Also a good rule is never share your password unless you are 100% sure that its a good thing to do. Also make sure your social media passwords are different and different than your online banking account passwords.
