Scherzo no. 2 in B flat minor is my personal favorite, and by a somewhat wide margin.
I also love the Grande Valse Brillante in Eb, Heroic Polonaise in Ab, Nocturne 9/2 in Eb, Fantaisie Impromptu, Ballade 1, Minute Waltz, Waltz in C# minor...
