@RXP91 Thank you! And yes, you are right. The rounded back is definitely not ideal, but happened with this pull, as it was a true max effort. It's a work in progress :)

good work, you know its a pr when you struggle like that. You need to make a video explaining to women that heavy lifting is for both sexes.

@evanpkto Thanks! And I agree - I am a huge advocate of lifting heavy and eating right for women to obtain results, rather than hours of cardio and granola bars. I typically write about it on my website but a video blog is a great idea!
