what i think is neat about listening to this on the headphones is that the commentary goes through one side and the game audio goes through the other, if i dont want game music, i just take that one off

Well they get trophys which are the same as achievements.
Its not for the 360 its for the PS3... I wish we had a game like this for the Xbox360 though :P
