What do you think these are. I use these anytime I'm not in front of anybody.

Like this, when I work in front of computer, or even while driving.

WHat this item is for is to train lip muscles.

Here is another one.

By training lip muscles, all over the face muscles are trained, like cheek, under eyes, crow's feet areas, even neck, so you will not have sagging bulldog cheek or unwanted wrinkles.

But why? its just lip muscles.

Because lip muscles are connected to all over the facial muscles.

I have got many various lip trainers in Japan, but if you want to use something available anywhere in the world,

use pacifier. I know, isn't that crazy? I mean ANything like this is fine. You just keep holding something in your month, without using teeth. THe point is you use lip muscles and lip muscles should get tired. That's how you train lip muscles.

Seriously, you don't need any special equipment to train lip muscles. to be honest pacifieser is the best for me.

i keep pacifier ay at my desk, or in my car, or anywhere. So people ask me why I have so many pacifier even though I don't have baby... anyway, hold something like this in your month as long as you can, and you will not need to go botox.

  • Thank you very much :)

  • Yes, just holding something with your lips strengthens the lip muscles which are very important to prevent sagging and wrinkles.

  • @avalon665 how does a pacifier help with toothaches? i have an interest in dentistry, what has your dentist said about this? im curious about what dental issues the use a pacifier would be relieving pain from(if that is what it does for you)

  • @avalon665 well... i don't really know because I'm only nine. but i know gumdrops are more light weight and don't have bpa and they r the best pacifiers for a baby. sooooo.... to answer your question, i don't know.

  • @msipodrocks1 how does the gumdrop compare to a regular pacifier? I have to use one sometimes when I have toothaches. I have 2 pacifiers that I have to use for toothaches, or sometimes to sleep if its aching at the time. I'll remember it for the facial workout too.

  • So tempting to say something dirty, but i will resist cuz i like ur videos

  • i suck on gumdrop pacifiers. it really helps!

  • What exacly do you do with a pacifier?

  • Hahah :)
