Mile 30 is the warm up. It's a sport just like hockey/baseball/football etc which I despise. You don't see anyone making fun of those sports. People with small brains can't comprehend the beauty of cycling.

I like Howard, and I like cycling. I get his point and it's social commentary, but unfortunately people will listen to what he says and be like, "yeah all cyclists are fucking stupid." It's his show and he's got to mix it up. That being said, cycling's my favorite sport. I don't care to watch football or golf or any of the other "traditional" sports. Sitting on the couch through a whole NFL game takes time away from the family too and won't get you a resting heart rate in the 40's....

@drycomplexity You don't realize that biking on the side of the road during rush hour is suicidal? If I'm driving, I may have to swerve around you, and that can cause an accident. In my area bicyclists never use the sidewalks. The other day I swear to god, a lady was cycling down the double yellow line on a two way traffic street in the middle of the city. I was in a truck and we had to go 5 miles per hour not to hit her. I couldn't believe my eyes.
