μιά ανάβαση στον Μύτικα Ολύμπου τον Ιούλιο 2007 όπου αφήσαμε στάχτες από τα καμμένα δάση της Πάρνηθας ... an ascent to Mt Olympus, Greece in July 2007. A view of the summit from Kakoskala and the ascent from there, to Mitikas 2917, the summit of Mt Olympus, highest point in Greece, the palace of the twelve gods ....
Ashes from the burned out forest of Μt. Parnitha (Athens) were left in the summit ....

@chesster423 The peak of Olympus is 2917 m high while the European treeline is around 2500 m. Also a big part of Greece is rocky.
The Greek landscape is not exactly like the one presented in American movies about Greek mythology, that are shot in New Zealand and other places like that :)

η ανηφόρα προς την Κακόσκαλα, η θέα του Σκολιού και του Μύτικα, τα Μεγάλα Καζάνια, το Στεφάνι και το οροπέδιο των Μουσών, και η στάχτη από τα δάση της Πάρνηθας που αφήσαμε στα σύννεφα του νεφεληγερέτη Δία ....
