LiquiMap is a general purpose, data visualization technology, which can display visualizations in any browser, and can be embedded in custom applications.  The best analogy is that LiquiMap is like Google™ Maps for data. LiquiMap combines ease of use and power in a way that enables even non-experts to quickly locate surprising patterns, trends, and anomalies in their data.  The software can be applied against both static and real-time data sets in a diversity of fields, including, but not limited to: business, health care, utilities, education, government, science, law enforcement, IT and economics.  As an example one customer uses LiquiMap to display IT performance metrics collected from their host operating systems, database servers, web servers, firewalls to name a few.

Unlike most visualization tools, LiquiMap is well-suited to visualize large data sets, even on the smallest of screens, including screens on cell phones, smart meters, PDAs, and other small devices. Because the size of the visualizations can be reduced to such small dimensions, an analyst would be able to fit multiple data sets on one screen and locate patterns that span the data sets.  LiquiMap can visualize a million data points in 1/100th of a second. This remarkable speed can be used to visualize many large data sets simultaneously. LiquiMap also includes a "zoom" feature similar to that of Google™ Maps which provides for a closer look at the details. LiquiMap also has some novel algorithms that can create automated visualizations without end user action. Furthermore, the artistic nature of LiquiMap visualizations would be beneficial for displays in publications or office buildings in order to add colorful, unique, and easy to understand graphics to any pamphlet, presentation, book, magazine, picture, etc.
