Actually, this is possible. It happened to me as well. The player on the other team can get stuck behind that barrier there if they jump for an out of bounds ball. That is the person moving at 0:14.

once you get pass pro and higher it seems like the serves go back and forth forever like it takes 20 hit backs for someone to score
