    well not all. I have had a male goat that would jump over a 6 foot fence like it wasn't even there. Needless to say it was easier to put him in the freezer than install higher fencing. Most of them, especially fat ones can barely walk, let alone climb stuff. Goats are turning into sheep in 21st century. They are getting fat and slow. Excellent meat though
